Foxfam Clothing – Returns & Refund Policy

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at nan.87@btinternet.com

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us. We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or make a deduction if items show signs of use.

Faulty or Incorrect Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.

Exemptions

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty: underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery.

How to Return

To start a return, contact us at nan.87@btinternet.com with your order number and reason for return. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
